Delivery Policy – All Trailers
At Tout Remorque, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and tailored delivery solutions for our trailers and accessories in France and Belgium. Here are the details of our delivery policy:
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver only France . For other destinations, please contact our customer service at [email protected] .
2. Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs, depending on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order:
- Standard Delivery (DPD or Mondial Relay) : Ideal for accessories and small parts (up to 30 kg). Packages are delivered to your home or to a collection point of your choice.
- Express Delivery (DPD Express) : For urgent orders, with a reduced delivery time (1-2 working days).
- Specialized Delivery (Dedicated Carrier) : For trailers and bulky items (over 30 kg or dimensions greater than 175 cm), delivered directly to your address with a specialized carrier.
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, dimensions, destination, and the delivery method chosen. The following are approximate rates:
- Shipping costs are free for All France delivery.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the confirmation of your order (working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays):
- France :
- Order processing time: 1 to 2 working days (depending on availability and carrier)
- Order Transit time: 5 to 10 working days.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Packaging : All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. For trailers, special packaging is used to ensure their safety.
- Reception : Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] .
- Relay Points : For accessories, you can choose a DPD or Mondial Relay relay point (more than 42,000 points in Europe).
- Returns : You have 30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error. Custom trailers are not eligible for return.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (via DPD Predict or Mondial Relay). You can also track your package via myDPD or the DPD app.
